SIMCAC Virtual Food Drive

We’ve all experienced the shock of checking out at the grocery store lately. It’s painful enough for you and me, but for our families making a minimum wage salary of $23,400 per year, making ends meet right now can feel hopeless; especially after two long years of pandemic layoffs, skyrocketing rents, and record gas prices. It can be difficult to imagine the effect this stress is placing on families in need, especially during what’s supposed to be a season filled with hope, warmth, and joy.

Arlington Food Assistance Center’s mission is to feed our neighbors in need by providing access to nutritious supplemental groceries. Consider donating any amount to AFAC to help.
