Help Stomp Out a COVID By-Product: Increased Hunger

COVID broadly impacted the economy but hit the service industry, especially those making lower wages, hard.  Food assistance centers need our help to meet the increased demand, so Bob Johnson Realty LLC began a food drive this year. As of August 2020, we made 10 trips to the Arlington Food Assistance Center (Grandaddy’s 1973 Ford pickup is still working!), donating 1440 pounds of food (and counting).  If you have a commercial/highly trafficked building that would allow an AFAC donation box, please contact me (thank you to the Berkeley and Continental Condominiums in Ballston for their cooperation).
