BbG Virtual Obstacle Run to Support AFAC

Thanks for joining BbG’s 8th annual Obstacle Run, Punch Digital Strategies sponsored by  to support AFAC!

Our virtual event will take place on Saturday, April 25. Your donation registers you for the event.

Click the Obstacle Run Course link to view and print this year’s course. Choose between the Challenge Course and the Modified Course. Be sure to run/walk a safe distance from your neighbors. Click here to see a video description of the exercises.

You can chart out 1/2 mile (Google Maps lets you do that) or simply set your timer for 4-5 minutes, or you may already know how long it takes you to run ½ mile. If you’ll be timing yourself, be sure to start your timer at the beginning of your walk/run.

Race Day

We’ll be live on Facebook beginning at 8 am on Race Day—Saturday, 4/25. Please check in to let us know you’re joining us. We suggest you time how long it takes you to complete the course. Please leave us a comment on our Facebook page when you “cross your finish line!”
