Home Delivery Packer Needed

We are looking for a substitute packing helper for our Home Delivery program. Our packers volunteer at AFAC’s warehouse on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays from 9:00-11:00am or on Wednesdays from 11:00am-1:00pm (but as a substitute, you would not have to make a commitment and can say yes/no as your schedule allows). The first hour would entail putting perishable food into the bags of approximately 40 home delivery clients. The second hour would be spent assisting 8 volunteer drivers load the bags into their vehicles. 

Qualifications: You need to be strong enough to lift crates full of vegetables, milk, protein, etc. and put them on a shelf (bending/lifting). You would get training from a staff member and spend your first shift shadowing a current helper.
